


Rob is a Technology Executive residing in Charleston, SC with more than 27 years’ experience leading datacenter, cloud, networking & managed services firms to offer innovative solutions to Enterprise, Mid-Market and SMB clients alike. Mr. Stephenson has executed more than 30+ successful term sheets with Private Equity groups, lenders, and operating company acquisitions, generating working capital for the business and liquidity for shareholders of over $2 Billion. Mr. Stephenson was the CEO at Thrive, one of the largest and fastest growing MSPs & MSSPs in the world. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Access Northeast, CMO & Board Director at Xand. Rob has undergraduate degrees in Economics & Political Science from the University of Vermont and an MBA from the Boston College Carroll School of Management (Technology Marketing) where he is enshrined in the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society. He is currently enrolled in the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Management AI Program for Executive Leadership, is a guest lecturer at the College of Charleston where he will be teaching a sales class in the Entrepreneurial School of Business in the fall of 2026 as an adjunct Professor.

Mr. Capobianco was the CEO and founder of TierOneNet, a premier New England-based ISP, later converting to an MSP model, with more than 20 years serving the Financial Services community of greater Boston, MA. With a fanatical approach to operational efficiencies and customer-centric low churn methodologies, TierOneNet generated best-in-class 40% EBITDA margins. After selling TierOneNet to Thrive in 2019, Mr. Capobianco assumed various executive roles within Thrive in Business Operations and Integration before ascending to the Chief Operating Officer role in 2021. Marc is a world-class Ironman Triathlon athlete and one of the most disciplined leaders in the MSP industry whose knowledge and insight are invaluable for businesses looking to become more profitable to generate Enterprise Value & cash-flow alike.
